Wear clothes that you feel comfortable sweating in and that allow for a wide range of movement.

You must bring your own mat & towel to practice. Water is encouraged! Pro tip: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your first class starts so we can show you around. We do not allow people to enter class once it has started.

Life can get hectic, and plans can shift unexpectedly. You've got a comfortable two-hour window to adjust your schedule and cancel out of a class at no charge. If you are unable to attend class, please use The Foundry app to cancel your class reservation as soon as possible. ‍In the event that you cancel within 2 hours of class starting or no-show, a $15 fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
