Please arrive 10 minutes early so you can fill out all your forms. If you arrive late, they’ll try to accommodate you with the time left in your scheduled appointment.

Our facial services include a full cleansing, so we’ll remove your makeup. Just close your eyes, relax and let us take care of the rest!

Wear whatever you’d like, we’ll cover your clothes for protection!

We use a variety of products from quality brands to address different skin tones and concerns.

We follow the latest and most effective disinfecting procedures. Before every service, all tools and equipment are sanitized with hospital-grade disinfectant. During extractions, estheticians wear disposable gloves, and all porous tools used during your service are disposed of.

Locations feature a clean, open-concept design with neutral tones, white walls, and bright, welcoming spaces.

Facials typically take 40 minutes, mini services are 20, and brow or lash add-ons add about 15 minutes. First-timers should arrive early for a personalized skin consultation and plan to leave makeup-free for longer-lasting results.

To secure your appointment and enforce our cancellation policies if necessary. For security purposes, you may notice a $1 fee on your card — no need to worry! It’ll go right back onto your card within a few days. You can use a different card when checking out. And FYI, we’re a cashless establishment!

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for individuals and a 72-hour cancellation policy for Face Parties of 5 or more people. Please note that you’ll be charged 50% of the service to cover the time and opportunity cost for our estheticians if you don’t notify us of your cancellation within those time frames.
