What to expect
When should I get to my appointment?
Please arrive 10 minutes early so you can fill out all your forms. If you arrive late, they’ll try to accommodate you with the time left in your scheduled appointment.
Should I have my makeup off when I arrive?
Our facial services include a full cleansing, so we’ll remove your makeup. Just close your eyes, relax and let us take care of the rest!
What do I wear?
Wear whatever you’d like, we’ll cover your clothes for protection!
Who will be giving me my facial?
One of our highly-trained estheticians will perform your facial!
What products do you use?
We use a variety of products from quality brands to address different skin tones and concerns.
How do you sanitize?
We follow the latest and most effective disinfecting procedures. Before every service, all tools and equipment are sanitized with hospital-grade disinfectant. During extractions, estheticians wear disposable gloves, and all porous tools used during your service are disposed of.
What's the aesthetic like?
Locations feature a clean, open-concept design with neutral tones, white walls, and bright, welcoming spaces.
How long are appointments and what should first-time clients expect?
Facials typically take 40 minutes, mini services are 20, and brow or lash add-ons add about 15 minutes. First-timers should arrive early for a personalized skin consultation and plan to leave makeup-free for longer-lasting results.
Why do you require a credit card?
To secure your appointment and enforce our cancellation policies if necessary. For security purposes, you may notice a $1 fee on your card — no need to worry! It’ll go right back onto your card within a few days. You can use a different card when checking out. And FYI, we’re a cashless establishment!
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for individuals and a 72-hour cancellation policy for Face Parties of 5 or more people. Please note that you’ll be charged 50% of the service to cover the time and opportunity cost for our estheticians if you don’t notify us of your cancellation within those time frames. Where is FACE FOUNDRIÉ Charlotte located and is parking available?
FACE FOUNDRIÉ Charlotte is located at 1932 Hawkins Street, Suite 3, in the heart of South End. Free parking is available in the attached lot, and there’s also plenty of street parking along Hawkins Street.
