All of our classes are beginner friendly. Your instructor will onboard you to the machine and provide you with personalized modifications and hands on support throughout class. We see tons of new clients each week who have never taken a class like this before, so you're in good company.

Bring your grip socks, a water bottle, and a towel! Don't have any of those? We have all available for purchase in the studio too.

Find the studio at 1221 Peachtree Street NE, Suite 170, inside Colony Square at the corner of Peachtree and 15th. Guests get up to two hours of validated garage parking and can also use free street spots in nearby Ansley Park.
